Charlene is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She has been practicing since 2018 and can assist with treating musculoskeletal related injuries and provide pain relief using a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, dynamic stretching, myofascial release and joint mobilizations. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Charlene obtained her degree in Kinesiology. She has a wide range of clinical experience from working in multi-disciplinary rehab clinics throughout her career as well as prenatal, both pre/post surgery, breast massage and senior massage. She has additional training in Cupping as well as IASTM (instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization).
Charlene integrates her skills and training to optimize your health and to ensure a proper treatment plan is laid out to best aid in your goals. Charlene’s approach to treatment is slow and intentional and always working towards calming your nervous system.
