Nikhil earned his Master of Physical Therapy from Queen’s University and holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University, specializing in Movement, Health, and Development. His treatment approach combines education, manual therapy, soft tissue release, and exercise prescription. Nikhil has treated a wide range of patients, from athletes and office workers to individuals recovering from workplace and motor vehicle accidents. He also has first-hand experience with neurological patients in both hospital settings and private clinics. Additionally, Nikhil has worked within WSIB specialty programs, collaborating with orthopedic surgeons, occupational therapists, and kinesiologists to provide comprehensive physiotherapy care.

His work as a personal trainer and fitness instructor has enabled him to help people from diverse backgrounds reach their goals. Growing up as a competitive tennis player gives him a unique understanding of the physical demands on athletes, allowing him to tailor treatments to support their high-performance needs. He has also conducted research to further understand how the body responds to exercise.
When he’s not helping patients, Nikhil stays active by playing pickleball or tennis, hiking, practicing yoga, and cycling.
