Specializing in treatments for regaining function after accidents or injuries, her focus includes Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Fascial Techniques, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Treela is dedicated to enhancing the wellness of her clients, attentively listening to their needs and forming effective treatment goals, whether they are professional athletes or weekend warriors.
Charlene is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She has been practicing since 2018 and can assist with treating musculoskeletal related injuries and provide pain relief using a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, dynamic stretching, myofascial release and joint mobilizations. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Charlene obtained her degree in Kinesiology. She has a wide range of clinical experience from working in multi-disciplinary rehab clinics throughout her career as well as prenatal, both pre/post surgery, breast massage and senior massage. She has additional training in Cupping as well as IASTM (instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization).
